Outstanding service! Our motorhome had a tire blowout and Black Bear Tire Service came out within two hours with a brand-new tire. They were professional, friendly, and worked quickly. After an unhelpful initial call to another service, we reached out to Black Bear, and it was like a breath of fresh air! From the moment I dialed in, their customer service was fantastic—super quick and friendly. They promptly answered, asked for my location, confirmed tire sizes, and even calculated the distance to us. Talk about efficiency! They provided a fair price to change not just one, but two tires right there on the highway. Christopher was amazing. We had 2 tires blow out in our RV on the way to burning man. We were stuck on the side of the freeway. He was super knowledgeable, caring, and charged a fair price. I will compare all future services to him as the benchmark. Highly recommended
